Ingredients
- 8 tsp of green tea
- 5 cups of water
- ½ cup sugar

Recipe
- Wash your tea maker with a swish of warm water.
- Boil four cups of water. Set aside for 1 minute.
- Steep the green tea in the hot water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat one cup of water in a saucepan. Add sugar and ginger, and stir till all the sugar dissolves. Set aside and cool.
- Store the green tea and the ginger syrup in a refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, pour the green tea in a cup and sweeten with the ginger syrup.
